As we welcome 2025, I’m thrilled to announce the theme for this year’s MDCon! Last year marked our inaugural MDCon, themed “Mini Disc Mafia,” and it was a fantastic experience. In choosing last year's theme, my intent was to celebrate the community support for the show. We enjoyed customized logo badges and lanyards, and many attendees embraced the theme by dressing in black—some even exclusively, like Judd Sandage and myself. (click title for full article)
MDCon is excited to share an update about its approach to sustaining the show. Previously, MDCon implemented a revenue generation model to help offset the personal financial losses incurred by its founder, Gunner5, which now exceeds $15,000.
From its inception, MDCon has never aimed to generate profit. Its primary goal is to break even, ensuring that the show can be passed on to another individual or entity in 2027 in a stable financial state. Click on article title to see more...
